Which young Scot inspires you?
Olivia El-Attar is an inspiring young Scot for all the work she does as an events co-ordinaor at Smart STEMs.

What is the best thing about growing up in Scotland?
One of my favourite things about growing up in Scotland is having spectacular outdoor scenery on our doorstep – beautiful beaches, fearless forests and marvellous mountains.

What would you most like people from older generations to know about young people?
I think it’s important for older generations to know that we are generation equal in the work places and in life – reducing the gender pay gap and feminisation of caring

What is your biggest achievement to date?
One of my biggest achievements was when I was named one of the 30 under 30 amazing woman in Scotland. To be listed along side such incredible woman was a very proud moment for me.

What would you most like to achieve in the future?
I have so many things I want to achieve, I think it is important to never top achieving and pushing yourself. For me one of the most important things I would like to achieve is having my own successful business.

What message would you like to give to other young people in Scotland?
No matter what journey life takes you on, you can achieve great things, no journey is perfect. Learn something new everyday and keep pushing yourself to be amazing.
