Lewis is at school and participated in the EY Foundation Smart Futures Programme over summer.
What is the best thing about growing up in Scotland?
The weather, because it’s never the same for more than one day. I like how it’s always changing.
What would you most like people from older generations to know about young people?
That we aren’t all terrible hooligans!
What is your biggest achievement to date?
Getting into EY Smart Futures because this will open doors and make me stand out from the rest.
What would you most like to achieve in the future?
I would like to finish a degree in Architecture and it would mean a lot to me because I’ve always been interested in how buildings are made and one day I want to design a building and my own house.
What message would you like to give to other young people in Scotland?
Listen in school, don’t be stupid as it will muck up your further education. This is important to me as I never paid attention in 1st, 2nd and 3rd year and I haven’t got all the qualifications I want.
