Caitlin teaches at her dance school and also took part in the EY Foundation Smart Futures Programme over summer.
Which young Scot inspires you?
My dance teacher makes me improve and always pushes me to my limits to be able to be the best dancer I can be.
What is the best thing about growing up in Scotland?
I love growing up here because there are many dance teams and even though we are rivals we can still come together to put on a charity show.
What would you most like people from older generations to know about young people?
That we are not all the same going out and drinking etc. Some of us have hobbies and choose to do that instead.
What is your biggest achievement to date?
Coming 7th place in the under 18s British Championship made me really proud as all my hard work paid off.
What would you most like to achieve in the future?
One day I would like to become a world champion as I would feel like I have finally achieved one of my main goals within dance, as it is the biggest competition of the year.
What message would you like to give to other young people in Scotland?
Always do what you want even if other people are trying to persuade you otherwise.
