David has done a lot of Duke of Edinburgh work from third year and has achieved the awards he has done through a lot of volunteering. David is currently on a modern apprenticeship with North Ayrshire.

My colleague Ian because he is sound and funny.
What is the best thing about growing up in Scotland?
Saltcoats is the best thing about growing up in Scotland.
What would you most like people from older generations to know about young people?
Generations are now learning quickly and older generations have to try and keep up!
What is your biggest achievement to date?
Gold Duke of Edinburgh was my biggest achievement, because I spoke in front of royalty and was also lucky enough to have an amazing group.
What would you most like to achieve in the future?
I would like to achieve SVQF in youth work because I want to go out and help more young people.
