Lynsey Vandicken (another young Scot who attends Fife Gingerbread)- she is inspiring young, independent, single mothers.

What is the best thing about growing up in Scotland?
The best things about growing up in Scotland are the nature, the Anstruther chippy, and there are lots of things to do on your door step.

What would you most like people from older generations to know about young people?
I want older generations to know that we are all independent and have goals for the future and want to achieve big things.

What is your biggest achievement to date?
Having my son has been my biggest achievement to date.

What would you most like to achieve in the future?
In the future I would most like to pass my driving test and have a full-time job.
